When to fix crooked teeth - Too early or Too late?
Is it too early to fix my child's crooked teeth ?
Ask Dr John Flutter :
"Lots of people with dental / orthodontic issues do nothing about it, and unfortunately for them, pay for this inaction in later life.
Many issues can be corrected, and often have a positive effect on the patient's general health and wellbeing.
Orthodontic problems can be diagnosed and treated while the child is growing.
While the child is still growing I treat the cause of crooked teeth.
Early diagnosis enables me to tell you and your child why the teeth are going to be crooked when all the adult teeth erupt.
There is an alternative to waiting until the child is twelve and then extracting teeth."
