Floss your teeth every day and prevent Heart Disease
Germs left between your teeth can get under your gums and into your blood stream. Cardiologists have reported that germs found in dental plaque have been found in the hardened buildup inside arteries.
It is thought that growth of germs in the blocked arteries may be a causative factor in some heart attacks. When germ-laden pieces of arterial buildup break off they can float into the brain and cause a stroke.
Brushing and flossing removes plaque before it has a chance to harden and become scale. So have your teeth carefully de-scaled and then floss regularly to protect against stroke and atherosclerosis
